The moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the hostess. Waitress came right over and gave us coffee which was very good! I had the sunrise bowl --DELICIOUS. My husband had the bomb which he said was very good and my kids had jackflaps which they loved. The service was quick and friendly even other servers were nice to... More

Stopped for breakfast, very good breakfast bowls, healthy and fresh. Fast and friendly service. We loved it. Will be on our must list for every visit in the beautiful White Mountains region.

Had a great breakfast on our way to the mountains. Interesting menu and reasonable prices. AND, they offer Anadama bread -- toasted and buttered, it's delicious! Plus there's HOMEMADE sausage! Don't be put off by the name or humble appearance from the outside. It's well worth checking out.

My wife and I were returning from a conference in Mount Washington Resort, in Bretton Woods. We decided to drive towards Conway and we're driving through Glen when we started to get hungry. We saw what looked like a little breakfast place on the side of the road but it had quite a few cars in front and it looked... More

We enjoyed the blueberry pancakes and an omelet for lunch. The omelet was very good, generously portion with a sizable piece of ham inside. The blueberry pancakes stole the show though. They were light and fluffy with large fresh blueberries that burst when bit them. The portions are generous. Wish we were in the area longer, the burgers that passed... More

We stay in North Conway and always eat breakfast at one of the many great places in town. This year we decide to try Sunrise Shack on our way to hike Arethusa Falls. This was an excellent choice. Place is on the small side with a country folk atmosphere and decor. Wait staff was quick to greet and seat us... More

Noticed that the parking lot was slammed even in the off season. Gave it a try. Food was fantastic, service extremely friendly, prices reasonable. Don't miss this place!

We were late eating lunch on a Thursday as we drove by. There were many cars in the lot. One of the best meals I've had. Would consider moving here from N.J. so I could eat here everyday. The cream of onion soup with celery root was to die for. Everything that followed was awesome. Chef is Culinary Institute trained.... More
