When over from England visiting my daughter just north of Boston I just love visiting diners. Called at Mad River Coffee House for breakfast whilst staying in the Whie Mountains and this has to be one of the best for a variety of reasons. Coffee is definitely excellent, cool surroundings, very good food and a great atmosphere. I'd love to... More

"Interesting" dishes, but they have the staples for a conservative palate, so if you just want eggs, toast, home fries, and coffee, you've got it. If you want something fancier, you've got it. My only quibble is bagels - my traditional Jewish parents are spinning in their... More

This place is great. Good coffee - several types to choose from. Fun atmosphere with seating quite varied from tables, to bar, to booth to sofa to kick back chairs around coffee table, to outdoor seating. Very inviting. We had omelettes, french toast and cinnamon rolls - all recommended. It's a quasi-dinner style where you order up front and get... More

Coffee roastery with many food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Food packaged to go. We love the fresh ground coffee, to enjoy at home.

For years I have been looking for a good cup of coffee while up hiking in the area of Loon and Waterville Valley. So happy to find this place and had the BEST iced mocha after tubing down the Pemi!! Also tried their BLT "wrapini" = amazing tasty lunch!! Kids will play chess and lounge on the couch when we... More

There is more than just coffee here. You can get an egg sandwich, pancakes, or French toast as well. They always carry gluten free bread as well. It is a nice calm, comfy place to eat breakfast. At night it turns into a "coffee house" with live music.
