My husband and I had the pleasure of stopping in for a great bite to eat after arriving to Hatteras from the ferry. We both enjoyed the turkey club sandwich. We were staying in Hatteras as a pre-stay for our week long vacation in Avon. On our transition day to Hatteras we buy sandwiches at Harbor Deli to take with us to the beach in Avon. We stop there when they open at 8a, place...our order and pick up about 930a. They always get the order right and if they have it try the homemade tuna salad - it is excellent!More

We always stop in here for a quick lunch at least twice during our vacation. Their potato salad and cole slaw are delicious. The daily specials are always tempting too, but the shrimp burgers are just too good to resist. Love this little place.

Ordered our wedding cake from Miss Donna whose husband runs the Harbor Deli...Absolutely delicious food and substantial servings...Pleasant atmosphere!

Smaller place with a view overlooking boats and water. Order at the counter and food brought to you. We split a reuben which was very good. Service was polite and friendly. They were busy and seemed just a bit overwhelmed.

We usually run by and get lunch several times a visit. The staff are nice and very helpful and the food is amazing. The sandwiches are very generous.

My daughter and I went here to get a birthday cake, and decided to try the breakfast burritos. We were not disappointed! We even went back the next day for more. This is a great place for a snack. It's very clean and conveniently located.

Wanted to love the food because the staff was really nice but the sandwiches ordered were super dry and just average. I would try again as the hot sandwiches looked better than cold we ordered to put in the cooler for the beach.More

great quick bites to take to the beach or eat in in there quaint dining area. the seafood salad or chicken salad is a great choice among burgers and fries

Nice basic deli attached to a small hotel on the harbor. We ate looking out at fishing boats with the sound in the distance.
