Try to get here before 5pm - or after 8pm. It can get crowded. They don't take reservations, but the wait is worth it. The food is excellent, the price is good. The service is incredible. If you like mudslides - this is the place....More

Never did care for chicken tenders until I tried The Back Room's. Now I know why they are number one in NH. Best ever this side of heaven!

We often dine at the back room. There is almost always a wait to get a table. They are known for their frozen mudslides and chicken tenders. We usually get fish and tenders and always have some to take home.

We enjoyed the prime rib and the seafood platter dinners. It was the first time at this restaurant and we very much enjoyed it. Nice family restaurant and will try it again the next time we are in the area.

Great place for a family lunch or dinner! Good home cooking. Salads, sandwiches, full dinners available and all delicious. Have a great time at the place that's been around for decades!

Large restaurant that is known primarily for its fried and baked chicken fingers and Greek American specialities. We ordered the chicken fingers — very tasty with different flavor coatings. The fried feta cheese appetizer was fantastic. Delicious Greek salads, too. The homemade vanilla Oreo ice...More

Every high school student in the city probably came here at least once for night-time gatherings and generations of adults returned for lunch and dinner. The same family still owns it as it approaches its 80th anniversary next year.

It's a short 10 minutes away. From the SNHU Ctr, drive north on Elm st thru the downtown for a mile or so. Take Right at lights at Webster Street (Rte 3/28). Puritan is on your right in about another mile or so.
