We stopped at the Town Docks while on vacation. Town Docks has a great casual atmosphere and the service was really good for a very busy Saturday. The view from the deck was great as you can see all of boats coming and going from the docks. I had the classic lobster roll along with the homemade chips and it... More

Great location on the lake. I'm vegetarian so ordered one of the few vegetarian items on the menu, a veggie burger that came with fries. The burger was horrible! It tasted like a week old dead fish. To my amazement, they sold frozen ones for take home. I'd be happier with a Morningstar Farms Griller and will be for I... More

We had dinner here while staying at Church Landing. You can walk right over there its right next door. Our waiter was great and so was the food. It is right on Lake Winnipesaukee.

We love coming here when we are up at our house on Squam. It is a fun, inexpensive place to spend an evening watching the boats and the sun set. I've never sat inside, so I would recommend sitting outside in the sand. No frills but the food is tasty and the atmosphere fun.

Thanks to this restaurant I was able to treat my West Coast guests to a lobster dinner in October. I couldn't find any other local restaurants that were serving the whole lobster. I was saved from having to cook the lobsters myself. I don't mind cooking lobsters but it was too cold to eat them outside on my patio and... More

We stopped here on a 90 degree day for a light lunch and drinks. The wait was about 10 minutes and we sat at a picnic table on the sandy area. The place was busy so it took a while for the waitress to come. We ordered chips and salsa, a watermelon drink and boneless chicken. The scenery is beautiful... More

Great location... That's why it is "poor" and not "terrible." This place is right on the water which is great but you will not get a good meal here. They recently expanded the seating without taking into consideration how the kitchen will keep up. The servers are nice, but the service is extremely slow (see comment above). What's most shocking... Stayed here for lunch during a very warm September day. The setting could not be better, right on the banks of Lake Winnipesaukee. Standard American style lunch fair but very reasonably priced and good value. Worth a visit for the location alone. Couldn't beat sitting in the sun listening to 'dock of the bay' with cold beer with sand under... More

This place always seems to be very busy - although we usually visit at the tail end of the season so not sure if that has anything to do with it. When we got there there was a line but we were able to be seated relatively quickly. I got a cocktail which was a little on the small size... More
