The Big Bean Cafe is on the lovely main street of Newmarket and on a Saturday morning it was full of students and locals waiting for a table in the small but very friendly restaurant. Really interesting egg dishes and the servings are generous. The...More
I arrived in downtown Newmarket at the end of the noontime rush so getting a parking space was easy. I went to The Big Bean Café. The décor was country-style with rustic wooden tables, chairs, and stools. There was also seating at a counter and...More
Big Bean is undoubtedly the best breakfast place I have been to in NH. Small place but huge flavor. Great for vegans/vegetarians as well! The Homer Eggs Benedict is amazing. Homemade breads and muffins. Everything is super fresh. Long wait on the weekends but well...More
There's nothing fair on the menu...just one dish that's better than another. Get there early - it's small, popular and be prepared to wait in line. It's worth the wait!
Delicious and unique breakfast choices. The French toast is amazing as are the egg dishes , which are actually more artisan creations Huge homemade fruit or chocolate (or both) muffins, homemade breads, coffee, smoothies. Typically long waits on weekends so go early.
