We were staying at the Common Man and didn't want to go back out so happy to have Fosters on site. The food was delicious and they offered fresh cut cheeses for all while waiting for dinner. Staff was friendly and the restaurant is unique.

Foster's is a family favorite for any trips up and down 93 passing Plymouth. Everyone in the family finds something delicious every visit, and the atmosphere just can't be beat. Inexpensive but tasty without fail in a supremely cozy setting.

Stopped by at 11:30 on a Sunday for lunch. We enjoyed a delicious cup of french onion soup which was very good as well as the beets and brussels sprout salad. We also tried the duck sandwich, a margherita pizza and the wedge salad. My 7 yo son said the chicken nuggets were outstanding. The service was good, the food... More

Popped into Foster's Boiler room for lunch today, the host sat me next to a fireplace in the main dining room. Unexpected and nice. The waitress came to take my order and told me about the soup of the day. When asked if the chef might prepare a grilled cheese to accompany the soup, she didn't miss a beat and... More

I've been to several of the Common Man family or restaurants and this is similar to them. On the inside it looks sort of like Common Man Merrimack, but rather than a restored 1800 house it is a restored 1800 mill building, with a 37 room hotel, a bar, and a cafe. It has lots of wood and brick, a... More

This restaurant is quaint, cozy, and historic (it is a converted mill). The food was very good, and there were interesting offerings on the menu, served with a smile. No complaints with service here. Not far from I-93.

Beautiful place. Great food and our server, Adam, was terrific. We started with deviled eggs and they were so amazing I'm making them for my Christmas Eve party. Will definitely go back.

We stayed at the Common Man and the snow stopped us going anywhere downtown for food but, Froster's didnt let us down. Situated at the corner of the inn with loft style structure with a huge old-fashioned iron chandelier - simple and nostalgic. We ordered a house ale, a surf-and-turf, a seared salmon and a mac-n-cheese, and all I would... More
