We come here at least 5 times a year. Food is ok, not awesome. Just regular diner food, not the best NJ diner food, just diner food. Worst breakfast food though, so do not get breakfast here. Instead go to IHOP or the local bagel place or the Marriot, which serves a great breakfast. But the stuffed cabbage is good,... More

Went this morning with my youngest son. Food was prompt and he ate two entrees....left full. Typical diner menu and food and clean. Portions and service are as most NJ diners. We eat here at least 1-2 times a month for breakfast.

The "Time to Eat Diner" has an extensive daily menu and in our opinion it is the best diner we have experienced. Superlatives include: Variety, Cleanliness, Service, Quality and Ownership Accountability. Their luncheon specialties include soup or salad, entree with sides, desert and a beverage for an amazingly low cost. The diner is usually quite full at lunch time and... More

We came in for lunch. We tried breakfast~omelet, burger and fries, and spanakopita. Everything was good. Service was really quick(even though they were pretty full). Only complaint is that there is only 2 bathroom stalls for the women to use~there was a big line of 6-8 women waiting at any time while I was there. Would come back again.

My experience at Time to Eat Diner covers more than ten years. They are, without question, the best diner in Central New Jersey. I will limit my review to the most recent experience, taking my son, on college break, in early January 2017. We were seated immediately and not in a cramped two-seat booth but the full booth, though the... More

My wife and I had dinner at Time to Eat last night, as we have many times before. We both had one of the weekend specials. You can't beat the value and quality. Soup, salad, entree, dessert and coffee for under$15 each. We skip the diner in our town to go there. If it was a little bit closer, we... More

This is my daughters favorite lunch spot. We are there a lot, and everyone is amazing. She walks in and everyone says hi to her. Then we are seated and she will go through the menu with me and place orders. She seems to love everything there. I love everything ive had. Waffles, turkey clubs, pancakes, rubens, and our family... I love diners, but I've been to better. The wait for breakfast was long, crowded parking lot. The food came out fast - eggs and bacon were made well, the French toast was huge, in fact all of the dishes had huge portions, so we realized we ordered way too much food. If I had known I wouldn't have ordered... More

Stopped for lunch today and was very pleased with food and service. Large variety on the menu and reasonably priced. Wait staff very friendly and we enjoyed our lunch. Located across hwy 202 from Somerset Mall - my GPS didn't know how to find it. Will definitely go back.

Thank Garypl
