We are regular visitors to Cape May, however we tend to go to the same restaurants and point of interest at every visit. We decided to try something new and made a reservation for dinner at The Mad Batter. I knew I was going to love the experience when I walked into the back room which was filled with light,... More

The Mad Batter is a go to restaurant in Cape May. Open year round, the food is very flavorful and the menu is varied. Always very busy in season, if you can get there off season do it!

We were there on a Sunday through Tuesday and were there 3 times. 2 dinners and a breakfast. Crab Cakes were wonderful- light & fluffy. The omelets were good too. Each night they had live music from 3-6 so we stopped there 2 nights in a row to start off the night. Beer selection was good as well and servers... More
