They give large portions and you can substitute pancakes instead of potatoes. There are many choices, but I like to get spinach and feta. They close early (8:00 p,m.) but it is good for lunch and early dinner.

Checked out Amy's this past Sunday morning. The amount of selections (222 omelette meal choices alone) is phenomenal and portions are huge. Will definitely visit again if in the area, but may consider sharing meals to prevent such large "to-go" boxes :)
