At this formal old school Italian restaurant I usually have seafood, but on this visit, which was with my wife and another couple, I was feeling daring so I started with a special appetizer, filet mignon stew, which was rich, hearty and flavorful. For our main courses both my wife and I ordered what the restaurant called Sunday stew, which... More

We ordered the pasta with King crab which was awesome! The wife ordered the sea bass special and my daughter order the cavatelle with broccoli rabe! The food was outstanding. This restaurant is a must visit!

Delicious foods! We often come here for dinner. However, we had a party here and we were disappointed by the food for the party. However, when we have dined here privately the food is usually outstanding. Fantastic service and amazing drinks! Beautiful ambiance

We decided to try a new place for our Friday date night, and after reading a few reviews we picked Bottagra. We were extremely pleased with our choice! The atmosphere was very nice. I liked that there was a traditional Italian vibe, mixed with a new, almost hipster, feel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming - from the valet... More

Bottagra has great food and is a great value for the money especially at lunch time.. Went with 3 other girls this month and we all loved our meals. Two of us had veal milanese ($14) plenty of veal and a great salad, one had pignoli crusted salmon ($14)which came with spinach and risotto- not a fan of pignoli nuts... More

We visited Bottagra this past Saturday with friends and had a very nice Italian dinner. We have dined here previously, and find it to be consistent. The menu is good, but not innovative. The menu choices of pasta, veal, chicken, steak and seafood are all very traditional. Bottagra also has a very nice bar area. Our appetizers were the pasta... More

Amazing food and service!!!! Check out their specials, always something good!!! The Calamari is excellent as well as the oysters. Everything was exceptional no complaints!!! I disagree with the priceyness, I think you get what you pay for. Good sized portions, we all asked food togo. Party of 7 with appetizers, salads, entrees, cappuccinos and we are drinkers (wine, martinis... More

The reputation of this place at this point should not be pushing $25-$40 glasses of wine. The food was good we had the rice balls, salad, pasta Bottagra, and a chicken dish. The night was just ok. Place is expensive be prepared.

My wife and I have been going to this place since it opened and have never been disappointed. I must say however, that I really prefer their traditional menu items over their nightly "specials". I decided to try one of them on this particular occasion ( pistachio encrusted walleye ) and it was dry and over-cooked...so I'll stick to my... More

My wife and I have been here 8 times over the past few years. We have been here just ourselves, with other couples and private parties. Consistent is the word that comes to mind. Everything from the greeter, service and their food is always above average. The wait staff always does a great job explaining their specials. If you enjoy... More
