Evelyn's is one of the few MidEast restaurants that still make meat-filled Grape Leaves. Most only have vegan variants, but authentic stuffed Grape Leaves have meat! (They also have vegan ones [yuck]). The Shawarma was awesome, and homemade. Their babaganoush is also authentically smoky (it's supposed to be grilled eggplant, which gives it a nice smoky flavor), which also makes... More

Between the flavorful meats, amazing hummus and always fresh ingredients - this has become our go-to place especially between April and Oct! This is when the back patio is open. Very few places in the area that offer such a cozy atmosphere under the sun and stars!

We had a dinner made up of an assortment of appetizers and salads. The food was fresh, tasty (best Baba Ganouj I've ever had), and nicely presented. Portion sizes were adequate. Lots of vegetarian choices. Limited fish selections but a reasonable variety of meats. The room is quite plain and the tables are simple wood. Paper napkins and mixed flatware.... More

I enjoyed eating at this Lebanese restaurant. Great items to choose from. Good to eat vegetarian every once in awhile. Not too bad of prices...the owner was there which was nice and he even had a hand in taking care of our whole dinner

Authentic middle eastern food. Good prices. The ambiance was a bit better before they got a liquor license but the food hasn't changed. Now it's a bit more commercial. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the neighborhood.

Visited this restaurant with two of my colleagues and I have to say it reminded me of being on vacation in Turkey. The restaurant is Libyan as it states but middle eastern cuisine is very similar. Real good restaurant to visit if you are away from home, especially on longer business trips and the reason for that is that if... More

My boyfriend and I went here for an early dinner, and sat outside in the backyard patio. It was sort of empty, and we found the service to be slow. First ogf, the food was pretty standard for a Lebanese restaurant, which isnt necessarily a bad thing. We ordered the baba ganoush, and we thought it was pretty decent. Once... More

I've never had a bad meal in all the years I've been going to Evelyn's. My favorite dish is the Shawarma. It remains one of my favorite restaurants. It's the perfect place to kick back and enjoy a nice meal and some wine while watching a live band play into the night hours. I'd recommend Evelyn's time and time again.

This place really went downhill. The drink I ordered was missing ingredients. When I asked the waitress about it she said "the menu is really old". She didn't offer to replace the missing ingredients. We ordered baba ghannouj and got hummus. I ordered the lentil soup. It had no lentils in it and was tasteless. I told the waitress about... More

I went here on a Wednesday night with my mom. We came in around 6 pm. The restaurant was busy with people, except there was only one waitress working. She did a good job but I felt bad for her because she had her hands full and the manager did not seem to care at all. She was bussing tables,... More
