This was hands down the worst Italian food I've had in a while. My daughter's chicken piccante was inedible and was sent back. It tasted like watered down lemonade with spices added. Her second choice was just as bad. Penne vodka was some disgustingly thick red sauce with vodka thrown in. Cooks need some retraining. Not sure why it's so... More

Dinner was horrible. Wait staff does not ask you how things are....chicken parm was so thin and dry, meatballs are horrible, sauce.....horrible, house italian dressing is like eating oregano, rolls not even good when hot.... and best part was my sons chicken fingers/fries and bulls bbq sauce.

This is not fast food on the boardwalk - it is a real Italian restaurant. Food is good quality, but gets lines often.

We were looking forward to some tasty Italian food after a full day at the beach...not here! Uninspired and tasteless. Should have just ordered some pizza.

We've been visiting Ocean City New Jersey for years. We have eaten at Luigi's numerous times and loved it. We went with five of us on a Sunday night for dinner. Our entrées, had all been it appeared, as though they were made in advance and then heated up under a broiler. None of us were happy with the taste... More

I got a recommendation from an Uber driver to check out this place. Well I'm glad I did! Very friendly service and able to accommodate our large party of 16. The kids had pizza (I snagged a bite and it was great) and the adults all had dinners. Everyone enjoyed their food and was surprised about the reviews. I guess... More

On our last night on vacation my daughter wanted lasagna. I remember last year a line was outside this restaurant most nights. This I will never understand. the chicken parm tasted like it was out of a frozen box from supermarket. My daughter's meal tasted the same. We tossed the leftovers in the trash back at the hotel, knowing we... More

We had chicken parm, piccata, and Marsala. They were all pretty flavorless, the Marsala was the better of the three. The spaghetti was not that good and the sauce was mostly liquid at the bottom of the bowl. It seemed like everything was pre made or from a can. Not authentic Italian, more like bad diner Italian.

Used to dream of returning here on trips to OC years ago. Turned out to be a nightmare. Waitress nice but really clueless Veal dish looked like discolored lungs - not edible and was sent back. Replaced with water- logged ravioli recovering from freezer burn. Spaghetti was edible but on level with $1 jarred sauce. Salad very basic Just awful... More
