Nice to find a good eat type of place - old world charm and delicious food. So much food and homemade, could not eat it all. Definitely recommend - especially for families - old fashion drug store soda fountain counter.

We went for lunch, it was very good. The service was awesome. It was nice and quiet but we didn't expect much less than this for a mid afternoon visit. We of course had to have ice cream after lunch. Lunch, we both got wraps and everything was very fresh. The decor of this establishment is quite nostalgic. It is... More

This place is known for the ice cream which looked amazing , but we had the burgers because we just stopped in before dinner. The waiter was very knowledgeable of the menu and the history of this restaurant. Will be back in the summer time .

It a must on any of our trips to Ocean Grove, whether a day at the beach or an overnight stay at a bed and breakfast, stopping at Nagels for an ice cream cream cone at this "old fashioned" cafe is a must. The line at the outdoor order window on summer evenings is worth the wait!

If you want some local flavor in an old fashioned apothecary this is it. Don't expect gourmet food as it is like the "old days" with some new twists. It's a very popular place for ice cream, but we prefer Day's around the corner for ice cream. It has decent sandwiches and salads and some good hot offerings. It's all... More

Nagle's is like many old fashioned diners. Relaxing atmosphere, good place to hang out with friends and family. My aunt took me to Nagle's while staying in Ocean Grove. I hope to be back.

...and eat a grilled cheese sandwich after traipsing through Ocean Grove on a cold but beautiful Sunday afternoon is sometimes all I seek and need. I'm no regular but I know where to go. The staff works hard.

The food is good...we have eaten at Nagle's many times over years BUT the place has become SO disgustingly filthy, it is more than our stomach can stand, wondering how dirty the kitchen must be, since the place is obviously SO dirty and the bathrooms are beyond GROSS. I mean, there is slimy sludge on the floors, on the hairs,... More

Went here for lunch..I ordered their homemade turkey rice soup and a tuna sandwich. The soup was so filling I was unable to eat the sandwich. The soup was thick and delicious. My sister and daughter had bacon cheese burgers and said they were very good. Would definitely come back. Want to try their ice cream.

I always feel like I'm witnessing history since this was a pharmacy back in the day. They still have glass cases with old time apothecary tools and tinctures. I had the Dr. Lenny salad. It was more than I could eat and got to take some back to my B&B. Yum!
