Paterson is known for having the best Middle Eastern food in NJ and I go to many of them but Al Raouche is my favorite. They have all the classics like hummus, baba ghanoush, tabouli salad, kabobs, lamb chops etc and they are all great. But they also have a huge menu of lesser know dishes that the more adventurous eater might want to try.The service... This is the place to go for FALAFEL sandwich and HUMMUS. I'll place an order for pick up and my order is ready in minutes. I highly recommend this restaurant for Falafel sandwich and hummus. I haven't tried anything else.

I love this place. The food is authentic and tasty. Sometimes it gets packed. And it's hard to find seats or even parking. But that's a sign for their great food. And friendly service. The owner is very down to earth and really gives the middle eastern hospitality .

Casual restaurant serving authentic Lebanese food. We sampled a combination of different mezzas-Babaganouj,Labneh, Grape Leaves, Falafel, and Kebbeh. Good service and reasonable prices. Parking is limited.

Best falafel in town hands down, chicken and lamb shawermah are good but they are nothing close to the true Middle Eastern shawermah style, the chicken shawerma is more like a chicken wrap with good garlic sauce. They have great specials, and most of the entrees I tried we excellent, the service is good and the staff are friendly.

They claim all their food is fresh never frozen, I hope it’s true, but I’ve my doubt. The food was little too salty for me. The food portion Vs. price = great value. Service was Ok, didn’t like the waitress imposing %18 tips.

This is my number one Lebanese food place in NJ. There are very few places that make it the old fashion way, that is when they soak the vegetables in vinegar and spices. The sandwiches are tasty right down to the vegetables used. The sauce is also well spiced. They have liver sandwiches, used to have tongue and brain and... More

Well prepared, fresh and authentic Lebanese food. This is a casual restaurant in an ethnic area with reasonable prices. It's clean and family run...a nice atmosphere. There's something for everyone on the menu .....grilled meats, veggie dishes....fantastic appetizer selection. Parking available but it can get crowded.
