Our first visit to Quarter House . The char broiled oysters were spectacular, I think I could eat them every day!! We also had gumbo and pecan pie. Our server Mat was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and clearly enjoyed his job. We will definitely go back...More

We dined at the Quarter House last night (Saturday) with another couple. The restaurant was originally called Captain Ed's but now is an entirely different theme. Originally seafood and steaks, Quarter House is now Louisiana/Creole style- interesting but lacks variety for those that come expecting...More

Absolutely delicious with the nicest staff anywhere! Crab & corn bisque, char broiled oysters, jambalaya are excellent. The chicken francaise may be the best anywhere. Nice atmosphere in a cozy setting. BYOB

Shared the Alligator cheesecake appetizer. Ha Ha! it sounds awful, tastes delicious, like a quiche. And shared roasted oysters. Also great! I had the blackened redfish and cleaned my plate. So good. Definitely going back.

Formerly the F Cove in Brick that needed a larger place as the food was always good attracting large crowds. Not sure what happened but just not as good as it was. Not terrible though so should give it another try

Nice to find some local New Orleans style cooking. Started with some shared hush puppies. My entree was a fried flounder with crab dish accompanied by some tasty rice & spinach sides. My spouse very much enjoyed her crab cakes. Also, there was plenty left...More
