Walpack Inn is a true hidden gem - hidden to some but not to many who have come back to this weekend only (Fri Sat Sun) place. Huge log cabin with rustic interior, fireplace, nice bar and greenhouse dining room. Excellent prime rib and many other things. Special house bread which is a food class in itself, very nice service... More

Don't know where to start. Location: A tad out of the way. Well worth the drive. Gorgeous setting in the Delaware Water Gap area. Food: The homemade Brown Bread was delicious and the salad bar was fresh and stocked. My gf and I skipped apps after chowing down on bread and salad. I had the Friday Night Prime Rib special... It was busy one Sunday in early April. It has a nice rustic atmosphere but a bit pricey. The food was delicious, the bread was amazing, so amazing we ate too much of it to be able to finish our meal. The salad bar was not worth the extra $10, it was very basic. The menu looked great however it... More

At first sight, this is a rustic out of the way backwoods restaurant but well worth the drive. The taxidermy displays and antique farm and military gadgets make the atmosphere quaint, as do the unique tables made out of large slabs of cross sections of enormous trees. We were seated by the window, party of five on a Friday night... More

This place is out in the middle of nowhere. But its well worth the trip. It has really good food and if your there at just the right time you will see many dear that come right up to the big back windows to eat the corn that the restaurant leaves out for them. Awesome place!

Invited to the restaurant for a birthday celebration. We were a table of six. Had a table in the greenhouse next to the window to view the incoming deer. They did show up and it was a beautiful scene. Restaurant is really in the middle of nowhere. Service was just ok. Plenty of staff but they all seemed to be... More
