A friendly cafe serving great food and a wide selection of MCC, wines and beers. The coffee is excellent and while sunny in the mornings for breakfast, it's shady in the afternoon heat. Definitely recommend it.

Four of us tried MCC for a light lunch whilst visiting Franschoek and doing some local wine tasting. The food was excellent, freshly made salads carefully prepared. The owner even came to our rescue when we had wi-if connection problems. We had to wait a bit for our food, but it was well worth it.

Fantastic restaurant for breakfast or lunch, on the main road in Franschhoek. Either for a full meal or light bites, Phil's meals are always spot on! Great staff and friendly efficient service too!

Good food and coffee blend and enjoyed sitting outside watching the world go by. And Franschoek was very busy. Service unfortunately good have be a lot better. Waiting for our bill was longer than being served and completing our beverages.

Central location. Great coffee but cake was denied as "kitchen was closed". I didn't know they would bake for me and serving a cake doesn't make more mess than serving a coffee.

This is the place to go to for a light and quick bite. The tuna salad is very nice and so are their home made scones. It is not the first time, and definitely not the last, we will go there…
