Nice burgers, but their "specials" are better/less$$ than eat-at-home. As recent OK/Texas transplants, really been missing decent chicken-fried...More

Quaint classic Mom and Pop restaurant. The southwestern chicken fried steak and the green chili stew were great. Excellent sides. Wonderful friendly service. Prices were great.

A very friendly mom and pop restaurant. We had homemade green chili stew and a burger. Nice portion size and reasonable priced. We passed up the homemade pies, but they looked delicious.

Great variety of local cuisines which is prepared well. Great curious service. It is a place you feel welcome in from the minute you pass through the door. So stop by and enjoy a meal with the locals.

Coming from Roswell, there aren't a lot of places to eat along the way -- or buy anything else. So when Smokey Bear showed up, I didn't argue. Actually it's a very nice place with a great menu and large portions. I had the Green...More
