We stop here every trip to the mountains . Love this place and the food is always great as well . Definitely take the time to look around the hotel and learn its history!

The food is good... not cheap but good. The server was friendly and attentive. The order taken was also accurate. The ceiling in the bar area has the original ceiling which still has bullet holes in it. Way cool history.

Stopped here while traveling through Cimmaron last week. Everything from burgers to kids' mac and cheese was freshly prepared and delicious. The service was friendly, and they have a lovely patio and fountain to boot.

We had dinner here after a long drive and sat on the nice patio. The fish tacos were tasty and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed the enchiladas! Friendly service as well.

Where do I start... First, none of this was the waitress' fault, although she was new. Srcond, we tried to order or food like WE like it cooked...medium rare to medium. Both the burger and the pork chop could not be cooked that way. Only...More

The hamburger was good with the fries. Strictly a western menu. The ambience of the Cimarron Hotel and Restaurant was a nice step back in time to the wild west. Enjoyed the experience.
