We stop here every trip to the mountains . Love this place and the food is always great as well . Definitely take the time to look around the hotel and learn its history!

The food is good... not cheap but good. The server was friendly and attentive. The order taken was also accurate. The ceiling in the bar area has the original ceiling which still has bullet holes in it. Way cool history.

The hamburger was good with the fries. Strictly a western menu. The ambience of the Cimarron Hotel and Restaurant was a nice step back in time to the wild west. Enjoyed the experience.
