We had lunch at Los Ojos on our way from Albuquerque to Santa Fe. The place has an interesting atmosphere with a big fireplace, dark wood everywhere, bear skin rugs and hunting trophies on the walls... The staff were very friendly. The food was of varying quality. We had the chiles rellenos which were excellent and the Southern chicken which... More

You can't go wrong with a burger; although, it wasn't the one I ordered. I had slow service, so by the time my server came back, I was done eating, and let her know it was great, and would probably have been better if it were what I ordered. She was quite apologetic. It wasn't that busy, but I think... More

We stopped in for dinner after a long day of hiking and found a lively atmosphere with live music and a hopping crowd. Definitely the place to be in the evenings. I was with a group of 7 women and we all ordered something different. The waitress seemed to have a hard time keeping our orders straight, so we didn't... More

Cool ambience - old time cowboy; fantastic service; very good food and drinks; and great music! If you're in the area it's a must stop.

Our family stopped in for dinner after soaking in Jemez hot springs, wet hair and all. We had a little restaurant section all to ourselves. We ate enchiladas, the special of the day and they were very good. My daughter had chicken strips, also good. Nice ambiance to the place with an old piano and quirky decor, antlers and such.... The ambience never changes. Cowboy bar complete with elk heads and log stools. Menu is more limited than in previous years but a good place to get a decent meal.

By my uneducated, but observant guess, this is the only place to get something to eat - say after 7 pm in Jemez Springs. On a Tuesday night I arrived around this time and the place was pretty full. I got prompt attention from the server and was pleased they had some local draft beers on tap. A good amount... More

This place was recommended in our AAA book. The food was New Mexican and was very good. We had nachos and tacos. The turn off for me was the dust on all of the wall hangings. It's decorated in western style with bears and elk on the walls. We picked a booth right next to the dust. I would recommend... More
