We live near El Paso, TX and every time we come to Las Cruces we stop by Roberto's. When I take extra plates to work and my coworkers in El Paso taste it they always ask me where it's from. For some reason you can't get Mexican food like this in El Paso. The chile is spicy and flavorful. Red... More

I always get the chile relleno burrito or/and rolled beef tacos with queso. The inside isn't anything special, so when I'm in town visiting I usually use the drive thru. If you're looking for something quick but good stop here.

Love their green enchiladas either with cheese or chicken. They are made fresh while you wait. Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable. The menu has several items including bulk items. Considering they also have a drive through, the wait is not too bad.

Most Mexican restaurants here seem to think their food is only "Authentic" if it is too spicey for 80% of us to eat. Honestly, we are serious foodies and eat out every night and almost never can we eat the salsa they bring with the chips. Anyway, I had the meat sopapilla with the sauce on the side and it... More

In my personal opinion, Roberto's is and has always been among the top 3 "fast-food" places ever, Las Cruces or elsewhere. The food is always delicious and the prices are pretty impossible to beat. The environment is super casual and the staff are pretty chill. They always respond well to personal interaction, but otherwise they're pretty quiet and reserved, focused... More

Roberto's has been around for a long time - no wonder, since this family owned business offers great "fast food". We returned for a visit after almost 20 years and the meat stuffed sopapillas are a great treat. Ask for extra green chile sauce! Prices are low and we've never been disappointed with anything. We like to do the take-out... More

I used to live in New Mexico and every time I was in Las Cruces, I HAD to stop at Roberto's to pick up some burritos. I've been going for over 15 years and it never has disappointed. The green chile meat burritos are hot, tasty, and warm up well for a couple days after (I stock up and have... More

Service is excellent, wait time is short. Busy, busy, busy, don't know how they attend so many people at once. Try green tamales, or smothered green chile burrito. Yum
