This is a comfortable homey place to eat. The service is excellent and the food is good. I had the tacos--a medley of roast beef, ground beef and pork. Wonderful!!! The pork was especially good. My husband had the trout and that was just so-so.

Yummy local food! I highly recommend the carne tacos with guac! My friend had the fajita quesedilla & it looks really good too!You can order Rialto's food when you're next door at Borrachos, and get a crazy cool mixed drink...green child infused mile called the Burro anyone!?! But the drink will cost you as much as the meal! So if... More

A good variety of New Mexico plates. We haven't had a bad meal yet! Lots of locals eat there, always a good sign.

My wife loves spicy Mexican food, so the hot salsa and guacamole were wonderful to her palate. I do my best to keep up with her, but I had to minimize my intake of heat at El Rialto; it was just too hot for me. My wife had a combination dinner (sampler) with a tamale, a taco, and either a... More

My wife and I eat here nearly every trip. It is close to Tito's gallery who are good friends of ours.

Yummy tacos and attentive service. My daughter got brisket quesadillas, and ate every bite! Clean bathrooms, which are necessary when traveling from Taos to Amarillo.

I got sick after eating here and so will not return. I think it was the refried beans but who knows?

The Rialto, like all of the NM food places in Las Vegas NM is really delicious, stick to your ribs cuisine. The chile is always consistent and delicious and can be really hot at times. You should try the bean chicharron burritos or stuffed sopapillas. If you like enchiladas, then try the pork carnitas ( super tender) they are splendid.Also... More
