Decided to try Paisano's on a Saturday night, Very busy and service a little slow. Garth Brooks in ton that night so every eating place in town was packed. Expected an Italian menu so was surprised to see offerings on the menu. Both my husband and I had fish, he salmon and I sea bass. Both excellent. Definitely will go... More

Decent meal and the folks were very accommodating correcting a wine order. There were 6 of us and one of the gentlemen really enjoyed his seafood meal. I had the pork tenderloin with a coffee glaze coating. Different but good. However, my potatoes were cold. Overall, a decent meal but it won't be my first choice if we go on... More

No pun intended! Just about the best Mole choices we have had in quite a while. Looking forward to our next visit and trying some more of the unique southern Mexico food... definitely not your traditional New Mexico Fare!

Took a family of 6 out to dinner here and we all enjoyed our meals. The wait person was new and not good and the food arrival was slow. But, we all wanted to talk a LOT so it was A-OK for our evening. The food is very different from other "Mexican" restaurants in town, so go and enjoy!

This is a great restaurant for tasting the fine Mexican food of the interior of Mexico. This is not your average selection of tacos and enchiladas. I highly recommend the 4 types of mole as well as the steak with grilled onions and interesting types of chiles in use there. Treat yourself to an evening of exploration of real food... More

Was so excited to see that their tomatillo jalapeno salsa is as perfect as when we first experienced it in early 2016. Very attentive and charming waiter. Flavorful raspberry vinaigrette, wonderful poblano mole, and creamy flan. Will be back several more times b4 leaving next week.

3 couples. We all enjoyed our plates. Our waters was so nice and responsive to our needs and requests. We bragged about the fish tacos to our friends but we were not aware that they did not offer this plate for dinner. However, our waitress spoke to the chef and boom, we were able to get our fish tacos on... More

This restaurant deserves to be rated much higher than it is currently. It may be that it is somewhat hidden in a small plaza across from the busier St. Clair winery. The menu is extensive and inventive and reminded us of the upscale cuisine you expect in Santa Fe. My wife ordered duck breast with mango relish for her entree... More

We have been here several times and have consistently found the food to be well presented and tasty. When you peruse the menu, you find quite a few unique offerings. Items containing chile are mild. The cost is reasonable, about $30 for two filling meals, including tip. Service has been a little spotty but never bad. Once there was a... More

We have traveled to the Pacific Northwest every summer for several years and one of our first stops is a fish matket selling locally caught fresh off the boat that day salmon and crab, etc. So we know the taste of the best of the best in these delights. There is a buttery richness to fresh salmon that no sauce... More
