Great place for an espresso and breakfast/lunch or pastries. The menu is surprisingly vegetarian/vegan friendly. Service was friendly and decor was comfortable and cozy.

We recently visited Cafe de Mesilla and enjoyed a lunch of Huevos Rancheros. Beautifully plated and extremely tasty. We opted for both red and green sauce. Joyce is a wonderful host and we love all the colorful New Mexico decor of this restaurant.

A very friendly, local style cafe with great coffee drinks and good food. I had the mediterranean omelette and it was delicious. Fresh spinach and feta. Lovely roasted , potatoes.

I like the double shot macchiato I ordered....was traditional European style. I did met the owner and she was super sweet. Only thing is it wasn't super welcoming to nonlocals.

The cafe has a charming decor and personable service. The owner, Joyce, is there pretty much the whole time they are open and that provides for excellent quality control. The food is good and fresh with a good selection of both local dishes and soups, salads, sandwiches and even breakfast dishes served all day. They have a wide selection of... More

Just returned to the cafe after a few weeks. Lots of new things on the menu. We had ice coffee and a sweet roll. But I noticed Joyce is offering things for lunch. I was happy to see several people enjoying the morning.

We have been here for the past three Sunday's for breakfast. Great coffee, great food... Outdoor seating for the pups. What more could you want. Definitely try the breakfast burrito. Still need to go back and try the ice cream they have..

Found this place on Tripadvisor. It is located across the street from the courthouse and visitors center. Wonderful lunch offerings...chicken salad on a croissant was offered as a special when we were there. Delicious!. Family owned. Owner has so much information for travelers and you can leave your car parked and walk to old Mesilla. After our day walking in... More
