We stopped here while on the road between Santa Fe and Taos - I was afraid there was no place to stop for breakfast on that highway. But we spotted this roadside cafe and it was good. Down home truck-stop type fair, very reasonably priced...More

Loved our visit to The Roadrunner! Staying at the Buffalo Thunder up the road for my birthday I wanted to go out for breakfast with my kiddos, 6,9,12 years old. The hotel wasn’t an option because it was way too smokey. The diner was perfect!!...More

Clean, bright and staff is very attentive. Biscuits and gravy were great. Also their breakfast burritos - enough to share with someone, or eat the rest later.

The Roadrunner Cafe experienced a low period after the original cook and lady of the house died, but now her daughter has re-lit the torch and carries on the tradition of fine authentic northern New Mexico food as brought to Pojoaque by the Romero family...More

Northern New Mexico has the best red chile bar none!!! Hatch has the green but can't compete w the red. I bought some of their red chile sauce and took it home.

Went here for breakfast Monday en route from Santa Fe to Espanola. Decent ambiance, good prices, adequate though somewhat slow service, friendly staff, decent food (breakfast burrito). Nothing to write home about, but ok nevertheless.

If you're looking for a good place to get cheap food quick, this is a good bet! I ordered a club and the wife a chicken sandwich. Both were great! The waitress seemed spread thin but the quality of the food made up for it.

Good food. Thier sopapillas are whole grain, healthier than anyone elses and quite good. The only drawback is that they close a bit early at the end of the day

It's old but well kept, perfectly normal for northern New Mexico. Food is basic diner fare and some excellent spanish selections. The staff is friendly and fun, the place is clean and neat, bright and simple. As far as we can tell (haven't tried everything)...More
