We stopped here for lunch before going to the UFO museum. It is a rustic and authentic BBQ place with a large variety of items. They are famous for ribs, so I had baby back ribs which were fall off the bone tender. My husband had a club sandwich with 3 different meats. There are huge portions with delicious sides!

The classic burger was huge with 2 meat patties. The Santa Fe baked potato was tasty and provided left overs! I also enjoyed the side salad with the crispy onion/cheese pieces. Definitely a place to try for barbecue options!

Took friends with children and they were very attentive to both the adults and children. Had activities for the children. Food was really good and service very pleasant.

Staff friendly and efficient. The portions were very generous. The meat melted in our mouths! We tried chicken, sausage, brisket and ribs - all were excellent! All at a reasonable price! We will definitely go back next time we are in Roswell.

Came in around 11:30 on a weekday. Not crowded at all, ordered a sliced brisket sandwich lunch combo. Waited 25 minutes, finally tracked down a waitress and asked her where my food was. It had been sitting on the passbar for 20 min. Drove back to work (five minute drive) fries were dead, sandwich cold, no ketchup for the fries.... More

Got a little worried after reading the menu and married to a Texan. Where are the Texas Ribs? It's OK your safe, this place has delicious ribs and sauces. The four meat meal is enough to take home and feed your teenagers later. Loved the food. Will be recommended to other people.

This is the best Ribs that I have tasted in a long time and I am from Texas. We were so full when we left there and satisfied. Definately a place to go.

After flying into Roswell, I met with a couple of old high school friends to have lunch. I expected to be taken to a good mexican food restuarant (of which there are many), but to my surprise, we ended up at the Rib Crib. You are greeted in the parking lot by the wonderful aromas of wood cooked meats. Once... More
