We had a birthday party for all 8 of us. The food was excellent. Wish there was a few more options. The cakes and pastry was awesome but pricey. Service was excellent. All of us enjoy our party. Be sure to stop here for lunch.

Really interesting menu of latin-french fusion dishes. I ordered The Creole which is breakfast dish of poached eggs and pico over Spanish rice. They happily substituted their house breakfast potatoes for the rice, My wife had the sweet brie sandwich which she loved. The service was a little on the slow side including not getting our food at the same... More

Gutiz never disappoints. Good coffee. Good food. Reasonable prices. Great responsive service. Eat inside or on the patio. I have loved my meal every time I've eaten here on many trips to Taos over the years.

Enjoyed a meal with friends. Food was testy, well presented, and well priced. Save room for dessert, the chocolate cake and coconut pie were to die for!

We made a side trip to Taos and decided to have lunch here. Fantastic choice. Everything is fresh and local. Our meals were exceptionally delicious and the service was warm and friendly. If you visit in Taos, this is the place to eat. The paella is especially delicious but all of the meals we had were noteworthy.

We were just driving into Taos for the first time and wanted a good lunch before exploring the area. We happened upon Gutiz and, luckily, stopped. What a wonderful little restaurant. The waitress was welcoming and very cheerful, as was the man who seated us. I had a fantastic beet salad and my husband ordered the chicken sandwich. Both were... More

My husband and I ate here on Saturday morning. He said the french toast was the best he'd ever had, hands down. I had the Spanish tortilla, and it was absolutely delicious and definitely had its own unique flare. There was enough food for us both to have leftovers for Sunday's breakfast. Wanting to experience the more lunch-y items we... More

We've been coming here for several years, and I thought I'd get up a review after another fine lunch today. The food is always terrific, as is the atmosphere - - serene, calm, completely pleasant. The staff is professional, informative and unobtrusive. I can't say enough about the entire experience. We've had several breakfasts, served all day - - eggs,... More

We ate breakfast at Gutiz and it was great! I had french toast that was the best I have ever had. My husband had the egg tower and it was awesome as well. Definitely, a must when you are in Taos.

Good sandwich lunch. Different sandwiches from routine. I had Crouque Monsieur very good. Comes with very good salad. Hubby had Brie sandwich served with apples.
