Family owned small business, very friendly people, always excellent service. I work for the imaging department at the local hospital and can call one hour before lunch to have 25 separate orders made with no problem. Always correct order. Food is wonderful and a nice selection.

Worst Chinese food ever, tasted like cardboard, no flavor! I don't know what's going on here but they don't even have spicy mustard! Love the owners, hate the food! Spicy mustard would have at least added flavor, no more cardboard and the chicken was just awful !

The server was very competent and eager to please. The owner came to our table to check on our meals.

I love this place, been going since it opened. They have an amazing cream cheese wonton 😍 worth it!

Had dinner at this restaurant on the south side of Taos. The service was great and the food was good. They have two different menus, so ask for both the Chinese and the sushi menu.

Made with love from a couple who seem to enjoy their business and their customers. If you like it exceptionally hot, ask for 911. Be aware though, that the chef seems to take this as a challenge and will light you up. The Sushi is well worth a try too. Have the New Mexican roll for some more Green Chili... More

In contrast to some other reviews, our waiter was prompt and efficient throughout our dinner. Family atmosphere - black ceiling, chinese red walls, black & white checkered floor. To no surprise, floor was a bit dirty during height of dinner hour. Functional rather than romantic and rather loud with 7 of 10 tables full and a steady stream of locals showing... More

When we walked in the place already pretty busy. Only two empty tables in the house. Our waitress Desiree had the whole resteraunt by herself. Finally out of nowhere "help" arrived when all the tables filled. Many tables emptied and refilled quickly the other waitress Daniella seen to it that her tables (the newest seated) got taken care before those... More

A staff member sat us at a table and literally forgot about us. We were there for about 10 or more minutes before we had to flag down what looked like the only waitress there. The owner seen us there the whole time and asked if we had gotten our menus yet but did not do anything until we flagged... More

A center for Chinese cuisine, northern New Mexico is not. So, you've got your choice of about 3 or 4 average restaurants in Taos. Yu's Garden is definitely in the top 2. I would most certainly return to Yu's once my limit of green chili dishes at the area's Hispanic northern NM restaurants is met. Good service, authentic Chinese cuisine.... More
