A small facility that serve outstanding food. The service was great, it had a varied menu with items for most tastes. The chili rellano was outstanding!! Make sure you make a reservation-it fills up quickly.

We had eaten here last Fall, but this time the dinner was especially enjoyable. The fresh and local food was excellently prepared, the wine list extensive and the wait staff, Hanna and Lilly couldn't have been more friendly and attentive. Our appetizers of authentic Caesar...More

Stopped in to Doc Martin's for burgers and drinks on the recommendation of a guide book as well as a local. Sat on a small but lovely patio, with bright umbrellas and iron tables and chairs, and watched the traffic and people go by. There's...More

We stopped here for dinner (with reservations) on our first night in Taos! Highly recommended. We were able to order staters from the bar menu which were not on the dinner menu. There is a dining patio in the back. Everyone enjoyed their meal and...More

Sunday brunch on the patio. Probably the best omelette I've ever had. Seating was immediate, and our waitperson was on top of it all. She made suggestions, asked what we liked and then made suggestions. Even told us the scones were to die for and...More

Ummmm, Adam K? Is that your idea of a "customer is always right" response? If so, perhaps you should practice a bit. You are correct when saying we were not there on Christmas. When I wrote this I meant Christmas holiday - as in family vacation - as in, that we'd been waiting many years to take together. Oh and yes, the Fourteeners WERE playing. I should know. I sat with my 70 year old mother and 3 year old grand daughter for nearly an hour under the Christmas Tree listening to them. We were there EXACTLY on Saturday night, Dec 27th. 6:45. HOLLY took our reservations. In person. I can't remember the name of our server. No matter. You were so flip in your response (basically insinuating that my review was a lie) that I will be back...the 5th of NEVER!

Aloha RRR! I apologize if you perceived my response as an insinuation of you lying. I was trying to assess when your disappointment happened, thus I had to walk through both possibilities. Either you were here on the 25th... More
