Service is personable, like coming home after a long trip, and much appreciated after many miles of highway. Food is amazing! Delicious pulled pork, fresh made potato salad - tangy awesomeness, and hand made pizza. The hand made tossed pizza is fresh, detailed with precision,...More

Enjoyed a quick stop. Ended up having a beer and a great snack. If you are near this spot you should stop and eat.

Saw the sign on the roof and had to stop! Good food, great people, and amazing cookies! Everything was grown or made in house.

Almost a ghost town with beautiful views in northern New Mexico. The staff is friendly and accommodating. If you want there are rooms for rent, a small convince store and rest rooms on site.

We had been driving for hours and we all needed a bathroom break. When we walked in the door we were greeted like long lost family and immediately made to feel at home. Sitting next to me at the counter, I asked the gentleman next...More

This place was a pleasant surprise when I found myself ravenously hungry in the middle of New Mexico. Luckily we stopped in here. The owners were such friendly and fun people. The food was incredible and they raise most of their meat and veggies. I...More

When returning home from a day trip, we stopped in for dinner. We were greeted warmly and treated as old friends. This out of the way spot makes its own bread and desserts, and the beef is from their own grass-fed beef that they raise....More

Stopped in for facilities and some lunch. Their electricity was out, so I asked for the restroom. The woman there asked that I buy something, which wouldn't have been an issue, but their electricity was out and I didn't have any cash. It looked like...More

We're the only game in town...in fact, the only food and lodging for many miles. We try hard to be the best. We raise our own beef, pork, and eggs on our ranch. We have a greenhouse and grow many of the vegetables served in the restaurant. Farm to Table fare. How 'bout it? We, now, have beer, wine, margaritas, and Bloody Marias, too. Tres Piedras is surrounded by Carson National Forest with GREAT biking, hiking and horseback riding trails, fishing, camping, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, and elk hunting. March 2013, President Obama signed a proclamation designating The Rio Grande Del Norte National Monument adjacent to our little village of Tres Piedras. This large historic (Chili Line Depot)building was the bar and dancehall for the old Chili Line Railroad with 3500 sq ft of hardwood flooring (and incidentally a roller skating rink and movie theater in it's former life), so we decided that it was time to establish an eatery and lodging in this unique place. In addition to the restaurant, we have a large (upstairs) bunkroom for groups and a couple of downstairs rooms for guests. Of course, we provide meals, a pool table, and Direct TV in the rooms.
