We come here with my wife in a Sunday morning for a breakfast. The place is not too bit not too small, it's just right a cute place. The atmosphere is relaxing, not too loud. The food was delicious! Oh my god! It's the best breakfast i ever had in US. The omlette with bacon, tomato and cheese with multigrain... More

Took off for a day trip via train to Cold Spring. After taking a stroll up Main Street, liked the look of this place for a bite to eat. Did not disappoint, we both had the White bean soup with bacon and a side of fries. The soup was delicious almost like a white bean minestrone and the fries were... More

We had lunch in Cold Springs, and enjoyed our time at Hudson Hils. Good selection of food and great service. Had to wait awhile because they were very busy on a Saturday, but food was good and different.

Expensive and absolutely below standard. The veggie burger is a kind of puréed black beans puck that came with cold chips (over cooked). There are so many crispy and tasty veggie burgers today, that this one was very disappointing. The vegan tacos included 3 small tortillas filled with a small amount of warm vegetables... garnished with fresh cabbage. The side... More

My eggs (with chard) and toast (with thick, local butter) were perfect. The coffee was strong. Our table was bright. The whole place was cozy. Starting here is a resolution kept, in and of itself.

Quintessential and quaint cafe in Cold Spring. Highly recommended. The breakfast menu is diverse and offers a range of healthy to indulgent options. I highly recommend the Shirred Eggs and Toast, delicious and healthy! Restaurant was cozy and had a diverse group of guests from families to couples.

Great farm-to-table cafe in scenic Cold Spring. Locally sourced meats, cheeses, and veggies. Also a short walk up the hill from the train station

The title says it all: great food, service, atmosphere and value in a casual cafe-like setting. I had a very nice BLT with avocado and a craft beer, sitting outside on a sunny warm day…happy as can be!

If you don't mind waiting a bit (this place is extremely popular with tourists and local alike), have lunch or brunch here. Dining on the front porch (in season of course) is especially pleasant.

The food is very nice. We tried burger, veggie burger and creole eggs and they were tasty. The service was slow but the food worth it. They do not take reservations on week ends so do come early. We had to wait 30mn at 11:15.

Thank Nadia L
