This last time I decided to call ahead so that when I got to Doug's all I'd have to do is pick up with no waiting. I arrived at exactly the agreed upon time and found... More

This is a must stop of your in Cortland for a fresh seafood dinner. The sea scallops are to die for and the cole slaw is pretty darn good as well. Nice atmosphere. They are also set up at the NYS fair each year.

Over the years the fish size has gotten smaller but the price is still a bit high. I have tried the scallops which are tasty. They also offer a... More

Food is always fried in fresh peanut oil making for a wonderful crispiness and fresh clean taste. Service is fast, too.

Always a great place to go, order at the counter, take our or bring it to your table. No tipping, no wait staff, great food. The menu has really expanded lately.

The fish is delicious. I don't deny that. And the fish chowder is hot and peppery. Yes. But lunch was $12. That's a lot for a fish sandwich. I don't care for fish or seafood, so I had a Hoffman foot long hot dog with onion rings and Cole slaw. It was out of this world delicious!
