The Hidden Cafe is truly a hidden gem. I had lunch with two friends and we all enjoyed our lunch. The salad dressing is to die for. It was a very generous portion which I enjoyed the next day. One friend enjoyed the lamb kabobs, the other enjoyed her salad. The service was fine and we enjoyed a leisurley lunch.

Wine list is wanting. It is cheapish and tastes it. I had kababs and they were seriously over cooked. The salads are not all that fresh and bland. The problem is it was one of the better places three years ago but competition has surpassed the.

It took us awhile to discover this place--it really is hidden--but we've been regulars ever since. About once a month for years now. Not much has changed over those years, which is a good thing. There is a sign over the bar here that says, "Garlic Lover's Lane." That's true and fine by us. We also like the wine list--a... More

Excellent service, prices and food. We have been here twice and both experiences were great. Instead of a regular salad you can opt for a Greek salad which is quite tasty. I had the kebab the first time and it was quite flavorful. All the food including the wine has been consistently good. The prices are quite reasonable and service... More

Small and friendly, counter service for those who choose. Nice for dining alone. Steaks are great! Good location with plenty of parking . I would say best steak in Delmar!!

Regulars may get tired of the menu - it's been unchanged for quite a few years. Still, this pan-Mediterranean restaurant has fresh, tasty options at lunch and dinner. The "hidden" entrance in a side shoot of a strip mall opens into a nice, small space. Service is usually good and the kitchen is consistent. The sampler salad is always a... More

The menu is just varied enough to appeal to most palates. It is heavily Greek in theme. I ordered a chicken and shrimp dish with rice and asparagus and my husband ordered a seafood dish in a tomato basil sauce. Both were very good, with portion sizes large enough to bring home a lunch size prtion

The Hidden Cafe earns its name from their location- tucked in a hidden corner of the Delaware Plaza in Delmar. ( Right corner.) The restaurant is chef owned and operated offering foods that are fresh and prepared to order. The environment is cozy and warm. They offer beautiful lunch and dinner menus and have take out service as well. The food... More

Everything was good, though not great. Enjoyed the heavy garlic in the salad dressing. The menu is not too large, but big enough everyone found something they liked. The steak was nicely cooked, all the sides were tasty. Very popular though, make a reservation if you're planning to go weekend evening.
