We booked one of the large private rooms for dinner. We expected the food to be amazing as the price of the menu was way more than a normal table. I just have to say that the food is different in the sense that it is Asian fusion but taste is not up to par. That one key element will... More

Was there for Chinese New Year Celebration. Food was excellent in a very modern decor. The food came out in a timely manner during a busy night. Car parking is available downstairs.

Been here several times. Great for lunch and dinner with company that you won't get embarrassed with the ambience. Excellent dishes with nice presentation. Service is great. The only problem is the food quality is not consistently excellent.

Visit Mulan and it was a group in the main dining room so we were seated in one of the small rooms in the back, we were 2 person and was seated on a table for 10 close to the window. The curtain was ripped and the window seal were so dusty that I lost my appetite. Don't think I... More

It looks all nice and fancy, but is it worth it for all the eye candy.. And then shoving food that doesn't taste that great.. Into your mouth?? Are you senses feeling confused? Yea I barely ate my food. I rarely do that....

I was invited to dinner here last night and was surprised how much better it was than previously. I had the fixed price meal ($35) that included a glass of wine, a seafood cake and soup as appetizers, steak with veggies, and a small cheesecake confection. While I found the soup too spicey, the rest of the meal was excellent.... More

I had a dinner in one of the Mulan's private rooms a few days ago. The moment I walk in,the room is filled with kitchen ventilation odor, I sit in the whole time not to embarrass the host, I end up paid $13 for my dry cleaning bill. The service is no better than any Chinatown counterpart, the food is... More

We had a corner table. Do not sit in the right corner from where you enter. The temperature is off. The rest of the restaurant seems ventilated but right in that corner near the window, it's hot. The thermostat is right there so I know the ac is on but you will feel 'hot'! If you are going to pay... More

Myself and my family sometimes with friends go to Mulan to enjoy their food and ambience. After many ok meals it was one Sat night. One of the dish was Mulan aged steak. We placed high hope on it since it was very good last time. However, instead of med rare it came well done. The waiter said you should... More

I really wanted to have good things to say about this place but unfortunately that is not the case. I held my wedding at Mulan and spoke to the Manager Carl. He seemed very friendly at the time and the placed look classy and modern. So during my wedding, the place was set and it looked lovely. We had bought... More

Mulan restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of Queens Crossing at Main Street and 39th Avenue in downtown Flushing. The upscale modern Asian restaurant is elegantly decorated to fit the surrounding atmosphere. Mulan features modern Asian decor, a square waterfall, elevated seating and leathered booths, all of which are complimented by the seductive quality of the traditional oriental motifs throughout the restaurant. See-through curtains are hung over the windows, which with the addition of warm light create a romantic and pleasant dining experience. Within the dining area dramatic shifts of light create an air of sophistication among waterfall walls, hardwood flooring and striking walls of glass and wood complemented by an extensive 200-bottle wine cellar.
