First try. Appetizers, such as the burratta and the grilled octopus were superb. The chicken parm and veal capriciosa, OK but uninspired. The rigatoni with the Sunday sauce and Zuppa de Pesce were absolutely superb ! Long wait for the main offset by complimentary dessert (donut and espresso gelato out of this world). Very engaging wait staff, kitchen seems a... More

I love this place very good food, but service is lacking. We sat there a long time to be waited on and it took a while for them to clear our plates from the table They need to hire bus boys, the waiters do it all, so when it gets very crowded the service slacks off and its very loud.... More

Love the place. It's small and usually quiet. Great for couples. Food is amazing! Chef Jason Zukus from the show Chopped is the chef/owner. The food is always fresh and the coffee and donut dessert is fabulous. The donut is filled with canole cream. Definitely recommend.

The service was excellent and the food was even better. I was pleased from the apps to the dessert. The grandma's meatballs and the octopus apps were amazing. The grilled branzino was incredible and that's coming from someone who doesn't always love seafood dishes. The steak was also delicious. This place is small but you don't feel cramped while dining.... More

This is my brother's favorite local restaurant, which they frequent for special occasions. We had a large group and they spoiled us with impeccable service and wonderful Italian cuisine. We met the chef, who I understand won on the "Chopped" TV show. The place had a nice local ambience to it, and I hope we can go here again the... More

We enjoy dinners here, but the new "brunch" needs tweaking. Normally, brunch means all-inclusive. Here, it's all ala carte, from the syrupy Mimosas to the pre-meal basket of muffins or whatever. Aside from the FANTASTIC pancakes, the food was mediocre. The omelet was typical diner fare. The truffled gnocci was tasteless as a cup of rubber erasers. (I will compliment... More

Tazzina Started really well! The restaurant was full, but my reservation via OpenTable was saved and we sat right away. Food was really good, even though it took a while to be served. But the initial 2 wines bottles that I chose from the menu were not available so I had to go with the house wine. Also they seemed... More

Met cousins for dinner. Seated on time. Waitress was fabulous as was the food. Everyone loved their dish-bronzino and chicken scapariello were best ever. Room was a little noisy but we were in a corner and noise not bad.

New to the area, discovered this place on Yelp. The decor and music are perfect, service is professional and courteous, and the food is fantastic. I've been numerous times and everything on the menu has been outstanding. In particular I recommend the Caesar salad, cold, crisp, dressed just right; the ravioli is excellent, as is the short rib entree. You... More
