I've eaten here twice, both for lunch. The Stix salad ($8.95) is made of pickled vegetables and is a treat. They serve a big portion so it is easily shared among two or three people. They claim to specialise in lamb. The lamb kebab ($4.95) and lula kebab ($3.75) were very good. The place is family-friendly and can be loud.... More

Went there last night after Shabbat. The Restaurant has obviously recently been updated and was a find!. The Israeli salad was fresh and very large. The Babaganoush was excellent- smoky flavor and creamy. The Samsa - a meat stufffed pastry was excellent as were the main dishes.\This lamb chops, chicken skewers, lamb kabobs were great. They had home made bread-... More

I didn't get to try the food from Stix as for some reason they could not be bothered to deliver it or respond to phone calls. I ordered through Seamless, waited an hour and a half, then called Stix to inquire. I got their answering machine. Next I called Seamless and they tried contacting them, even calling the owner's cell... More

My brother took me here for dinner. He has been to this restaurant multiple times and loved it. He was convinced i would love it too... and he was right. The food was fresh and delicious! Food came out quick. Make sure to try the Babaganoush - it's so creamy - it's out of this world! I've had Babaganoush at... More

dad loved to go to the kosher places in the city. when I went with him as a kid I did not know it was so hard out of nearly 13,000 places to eat in the NYC area that only a few served kosher no really kosher. This place is really nice, friendly, not bad in prices for really kosher food. I... More

Very fresh food. I had a salad appetizer and it was huge, almost a meal. Grilled salmon skewer was also tasty & fresh. French fries with garlic? Never had them before, but excellent. All the food tasted fresh. Service was very good, and it's all well priced. Would definitely recommend, and go again.

My husband and I had been eyeballing this place for a while and we weren't sure if we would like it! We were so glad we tried it -- its a place where a lot of local Ukranians, Jewish and Uzebeki's go to and we were not disappointed. The lamb kabobs were great and their home made Babaganush was excellent.... More

We just happened to neeed some grub before a concert and found this place. It was an early dinner, and we took advantage of some happy hour pricing. We got a few mojitos for a decent price. They had fruit (taken from the yogurt bar) muddled with the mint. I was sceptical but found them to be very good. We... More

When they first opened, they were not so good at the kebabs. Thankfully, I came back again because the lunch special is hard to beat and WOW! Delicious. Their food tastes better now compared to when they first opened. I especially enjoy their chicken kebab w/bone and garlic fries. Mmmm. I hope they do well and stay in business, it's... More
