I attended a bridal shower at this quaint and charming restaurant. Accessed their website and reviewed menu and history and then checked Tripadvisor for reviews. Outstanding reviews due to the cozy ambiance but overwhelmingly because of the chef's use of local ingredients and menu changes done seasonally. The buffet for our group was delicious---the personal quiches (choice of 3 or... More

A colleague and I stopped here on a mid-week evening. Restaurant was lightly filled, but more folks came in as we were dining. The menu selection was varied but not over-filled with countless choices. I was immediately at ease with the available selections and their description. Our server was very attentive and helpful with all our questions. The food came... More

This is our go-to spot for special occasion meals. The menu is always different and seasonal. The menu is smaller but there is always enough variety that everyone can find something they are interested in trying. I love this restaurant.

It has been awhile since I've eaten her. I was so pleased to be back Aaron is a food artist. He currently is highlighting food from the countries that were on the travel ban. I loved the Iranian chicken, Somalian crepes and desserts from both Somalia and Iran. I had to buy extra to take home. These were very flavorable... More

Worth a drive from anywhere to experience great food and great service. Menu has some wonderful staple items with seasonal changes and specials of the day based on what's the freshest food out there. Creative and delicious--charcuterie board has lots of options, pommes gaufrette (think awesome fries) are not to be missed, and the duck wings...savory and tender. Most recent... More

The Table at Fort Plain is an incredible little restaurant tucked away in a post industrial village in Upstate New York. The chef creates delicious entrees accompanied by seasonal selections of locally produced produce. The menu changes with each season.

Wow! This place was just unexpected in a town like Fort Plains. I come from Vegas and work in the casino industry so I am no stranger to fine cuisine. But all i can still say is WOW. The menu is constantly adapted to the items in season and grown locally in central NY. The service was wonderful and attentive.... More

A place easily missed if you aren't looking for it, The Table is an unexpected dining delight. My husband and I took our weekend guest from NYC there Friday night. We had no reservation, but were quickly seated in the bar area. Chef Aaron is a young local who decided to bring his talents back to the area where he... More
