We expected too much I think. The food was ordinary, bland and the facilities were poor. It was truly uncomfortable to dine outside here. I would avoid this.

Booking is required for this restaurant and we were so looking forward to going there as our previous experience of Seychellois Creole food had been excellent. Unfortunately this place was rather a let-down, food-wise. It started well though, with hearts of palm (or 'millionaire's') salad,...More

We visited this place on our trip to Hilton Silhouette Island and it was part of the experience we were willing to take. Be aware that one has to make reservations in advance so to get there, but my gf insisted and they offered us...More

We ate here a couple of times during our 3 weeks stay. Always delicious food and something for us all. Got to try the Rum shots!

Great food and atmosphere. It's a little way out of the main resort but well worth a visit. You can also request a resort buggy to take you and drop you back off, if you don't fancy the walk

This was a highlight of our stay on Silhoutte. Aside from good value ( as nearly all dishes are included in the Half Board option) , it is delicious . Lovely surroundings, old plantation kinda colonial house and just outstanding service. Yum! Yum

We have been here a few years back and the concept and historical building is wonderful, but the food is no longer the best experience on the island.

The idea of the restaurant is fantastic - it's an old colonial home which even offers a small museum on the first floor. The food, however, was very bland - out of 5 dishes we ordered only 1 was really nice. Service is also very...More

A perfect venue for a special occasion or intimate meal, Grann Kaz is set in a plantation house; the restored home of the Dauban family, the former owners of the island. A blend of modern Seychellois spirit and the island's English and French heritage, this intimate restaurant is located in its own secluded enclave 5 minutes' walk from the resort.
