The fries were luke warm and soggy, the burgers were made totally wrong and the waitress got bitchy over the phone when we called back. This WAS one one of our regular places to eat not any more.

The food was hot and ready when I got there to pick it up. It was delicious! The burger and the roast beef on weck was outstanding !!

Came here for lunch and visit with family. Our first time here. Parking was easy and accessible. Location is wheelchair-accessible. The staff were friendly and attentive. The meals were outstanding. The prices were reasonable. As both our parties came from different locations we spent time...talking and catching up on news. Never were we rushed nor encouraged to leave. Stopped in here today on our return trip from Toronto area. Was driving along Rt. 5 along the Lake Erie shore and thought we might find a place to grab a bite. Saw this restaurant and decided to stop. SO glad we did. Lots of...choices on the regular menu and a bunch more on the daily specials. DH had the pork chops, which he said we done right for once - juicy, not tough and flavorful. Only waste on it were the very small bones. I had the daily special of lasagna and goulash and brought home enough for another meal there was so much! And the lasagna was the best I have ever had in 60 years, including several Italian restaurants , along with home-made!! Loads of meat and ricotta with enough mozzerella to hold it together. Plus it came with a meatball and 2 bread sticks. Had no room for the desserts, but the creme pies in the case were SO tempting! We will definitely be back sometime!! Service was great, too. Waitress came back and glanced over or asked how everything was. And the bill for 2 for dinner came to less than $35 before the tip.More

Quaint little dinner..service was great..my husband and I had breakfast and it was delicious.The toast was buttered from crust to crust..you hardly ever see that..we will definitely eat here again!!

We have visited Tom's Family Restaurant from time to time over the years, as it is a convenient turn-off from I-90, at the Irving/Silver Creek exit. We have alternated between Tom's and Aunt Millie's, which is just down the street. Tom's has really good fish...specials, mainly on Fridays. Their baked goods are amazing. It is a true diner complete with friendly waitresses, big portions and homey entrees. Recommended.More

The food was fine,average but better than the other nearby restaurants. The baked goods however are very good. Service was fast and friendly.

Breakfast was great as usual and our waitress Bonnie was superb. We will be back again. Please try them when you are in Irving. You won't be disappointed.

Visited Tom's in Irving NY on July 3rd and had lunch with my sister. I found Tom's to be a wonderful family diner with a large selection on the menu. I had the reuben sandwich and it was simply excellent. Great wait staff and owner...(who visited my table). I will dine there when I'm in the area again.More

We stopped for lunch at Tom's Family Restaurant. Food was very good, the portions were huge. Waitress was friendly and fast. No complaints at all. Would return.

Ordered hot turkey and roast beef sandwiches for lunch. Turkey and beef were 'real'. Not the processed food that is so common now. Great portions. You will not go away hungry. Service was great. Friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend a visit.
