I love pizza. I was told that the gluten free pizza was great. It was not. The crust was cardboard like. They charged me more for it too. The regular pizza looked great. I understand that my diet is not the norm for the restaurant....More

I love Ciao! I've been here numerous times over the years visiting the Ithaca area. They make a consistently great wood fired pizza. Unlike other pizzas elsewhere that overload the salt, Ciao does not! Service is good and waitstaff is quite friendly. Enjoy!

We found this Italian restaurant after shopping at the mall. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. The menu was more extensive than expected and the wine list was surprising. Our meals were excellent and we were pleasantly surprised at the cost. We will definitely...More

The food here is excellent. An excellent pizza has a bit of char on it, and you should enjoy the contrast when the thin crispy burnt blisters on the crust hit your tongue. If your uneducated palate abhors charcoal, ask for an undercooked pizza. You'd...More

Our server was great. Ask for the pizza to be light or it will be charred. The cheesy pasta dish was good. We arrived at 9:30 and appreciated they still served dinner that late.

We went here for lunch this past Sunday and our experience was less than enjoyable. We started with a tossed salad that came out with frozen tomatoes and a long hair across the plate. That was sent back and replaced with yet another tossed salad...More

My husband and I stopped here on our way back home from Ithaca to PA. I had the pizza which was good. He had a prime rib sandwich which he thought was also good. Would stop again.

Had a terrible meal. Eggplant parm with raw eggplant.... needed another half an hour in the oven. Friend had shrimp scampi with no taste. Literally, they looked like shrimp but had NO taste. This place has gone downhill big time.More

Welcome to Ciao!
Ciao! is a casual fine dining, Italian restaurant that invites all ages. We specialize in Italian food with an authentic Tuscan flare.

We also offer artisan pizzas that are hand-crafted and cooked to order in our wood-fired oven, which is visible throughout that restaurant. The pizzas and pastas are specially crafted, and everything we serve is made from the highest quality ingredients and is all made in-house.

The ambiance and décor has a distinct personality that sets a mood for high-energy fun and entertainment.
