I have been in this restaurant many times, sometime just 2 people, other times with a big group. Their food are consistently well, and taste like the dishes you eat in Chinatown and not the kind that served outside of Chinatown. However, some dishes are better than the others, and surprisingly, the most basic dish, beef with broccoli, the beef... More

This is where our family and friends will gather for a good meal, any time of the day, if we're reluctant to run into weekend traffic galore in Flushing. No worry about parking, friendly staffs, and usually good quality food if the restaurant isn't crowded.

Had to wait before they would take our order and they had to be asked a few times to re-fill our glasses of water. However, the food in general was very good especially the Peking Duck. The pineapple ribs and the Beef chow Fun were also very good. Disappointed at the Sesame chicken.

A group of us got together to celebrate the Christmas season here. We ordered a selection of dishes: long noodles, Schezwan fried pork chops, poached sea bass, vegetarian medley, sauteed snow pea tips, chow fun, roast chicken and fried rice. Service is quick and the dishes were on the table in no time. All I can say is, very very... More

I've been here a few times and always for dim sum. I find the food tasty and choices plentiful. When coming around with the various carts they can sometimes be a little pushy. Simply tell them "no" three or so times does the trick. If you're a group of two or three, be prepared to share a table or you... More

We went recently during a very busy time. First the manager came over to greet us and to tell us that service might be a bit slower than usual, every table was filled and all seemed to arrive at the same time. So we were forewarned and opted to be patient. Actually, we were only there about ten minutes more... More

Why is this place called Northern Manor? It doesn't sound Chinese at all! Well, it has a vibrant Dim Sum scene. The food was pretty good but the variety is not very good. They keep coming by with the same food over and over again.

We have been here many times, for both dinner and dim sum. Much harder to get in for dim sum, of course, but it's all good.. And the people are very nice.

It has the ambiance of a hospital cafeteria. Service is rushed and indifferent. Menu is varied and food is good. But the walls are dirty. Food is served on disgusting plastic dish carts, which are also used to clear plates. Lots of noise. Zero ambiance.

Fed up with driving into that disaster that has become Main Street Flushing the last 5 years or so? If you live around Bayside/Fresh Meadows/Little & Big Neck just go to this place and you will enjoy great genuine Cantonese dim sum. Almost all dishes are very good. Only caveats, if you sit in the middle tables (away from the... More
