Ok, I was in Syracuse for a couple days and had a hankering for wings. I have high expectations of when it comes to wings and Smokey Bones delivered. The wings were huge, juicy and perfectly sauced. The Beans and Roasted Corn were perfect sides...and the beers were cold.More

When you have that craving for MEAT, this is the place for you. Come with an empty stomach and leave full to bursting. Not for the dieters of faint of heart. Great job, pit boss!

Service at the bar was good and that was the only bright spot. Small portions--beef brisket sandwich with baked beans for $ 17. The sandwich was too sweet for my taste but that is my personal opinion. The amount of chopped brisket could not have...been more than 3 or 4 ounces. Not worth a return visit.More

have been going here about 10 years now. used to enjoy this place, but not so much anymore. giving 2 1/2 rating, as that is what it currently is to me. I understand the current administration is putting places like this out of business, due...to cost, but cmon- baked potatoes microwaved, hard and cold. unacceptable. loved my double cheeseburger, but at 16.00, not anymore. wife had babybacks. three weeks ago we paid 37.99 for the ribs for lunch- yesterday eve they were only 33.99? what gives? no customers? Place was only 30% full on a thursday eve. My wife bought me two 50.00 gift cards. we were supposed to get a 10. bonus on each, but smokey bones only gives you a very short period for the bonus, so we lost that. Wont be buying anymore gift cards or coming here any longer...... 93.00 bill for the three of us and that was with my wife and me sipping water. With the cost of gas to get there, total was over 100.00. sorry Im done. The golden arches will get my cheeseburger orders from now on. Next month I start collecting SS and only 500. a month. Cant afford smokey bones any longer. New waitress was nice, but didnt know how to use the gift card, so had to get the manager to take care of it. Bye Bye ..........More

The food was awesome. I gave the waitress 2 $25 gift cards and my personal credit card to cover our bill. When she returned to our table, she attempted to give me another customers credit card and the receipt for my signature. The receipt was...missing one of the $25 gift cards. I questioned her about it and she left to try to find the missing card. A man, who I can only assume was the manager returned to tell me that they were not able to find the other card. I searched my purse to make sure I didn’t make a mistake. I didn’t. The man insisted that the waitress was only given one gift card and asked how I wanted to cover the balance. Horrible customer service. If I ever return, I will be sure to make certain that the waitress is aware what was given to her for payment.More

My wife had the pulled pork and I had the “Double Trouble” - 1/3 rack of Baby Back ribs and 1/3 rack of St. Louis style ribs. Our food was delivered in a timely fashion and was hot and delicious. The staff was very friendly,...but our server “Jillian” was a absolute delight. Good experience.More

Went to the Rt. 31 location, got seated fast, that was the only good thing. Our waitress was so rude, we waited all most 15 minutes before she came to our table. She was busy chatting with people 2 tables from us, I could here...the conversation and the waitress knew them personally. Very unprofessional and it was not busy at all. Next the food, I got the turkey club, dry, cold turkey, bacon was like rubber, tasted like it had been sitting around for hours, my daughter got the pulled pork, barley any meet, cold and greasy. NEVER AGAIN!More

The worst experience ever!! I will start at the beginning, we are a mixed family therefore before even arriving my stepmother whom is white called and was told that there was no wait time for a party of five, upon arriving we were told that...there was in fact await,(which was only ten minutes) we had no problem waiting, then we were told to wait in our car due to Covid (again no problem) once called as we walked in we observed a family of at least six waiting to be seated, not ok, after being seating ourselves and ordering drinks my drink wasn’t made as it should’ve been completely forgot ALL of my fruit, my father ordered something that required tongs he was told he would have to use his fork or fingers, seated right next to us a gentleman whom came in after us and just so happened to have ordered the same thing, which guess what with no surprise had a set of tongs, my uncle asked if it was possible that one of the television station be changed to another game it was however within five minutes that television had no service and was the only one showing a black screen, as we left there crowd all waiting to be seated with nobody else being made to go sit in their cars..CLEARLY THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS SITUATION!!! If it weren’t for our WONDERFUL waitress JESS!! God only knows which way this could have gone...Jess you are a wonderful individual and THAT COMPANY DOESN’T DESERVE YOU but the food was great!!More

Three stars is a bit harsh I would give this place 3 1/2. The chicken wings are very good. Pretty much all the flavors which there is a bunch are great. The pulled pork is pretty good. The pulled chicken is just ok. They have...a bunch of different sauces that are all tasty. The burgers are really good especially the smokehouse. I like their baked beans and cole slaw as sides. The prices here are reasonable and the staff has always been friendly. Worth a shot if you never had.More

Ordered the BBQ burnt ends, waitress came back and stated sadly they were out of them. Then, management came out and apologized to me and offered me the half portion they did have left, for free!! (More was cooking just not going to be done...in time) Now, that is good customer service! The food was sooo yummy! Cornbread, steaks, ribs and loaded baked potato were all delicious!! We were very pleased with our waitress as well! A definite "Will return"!More

This chain of BBQ restaurants, and this one in particular, serve a very consistently reliable and good BBQ that "hits the spot" for ribs, and most other things too. I had another 2/3 rack of their babyback ribs with their cherrybomb sauce; all really tasty....their side orders are good too...the baked beans and coleslaw both hit the spot. Service was also quite good. I enjoyed my meal and do recommend this place.More
