Nice spacious place to eat.. menu was varied and the food that we ordered was very good. If you want to get a good authentic Cuban meal.. it's worth the trip.

In a town known by the local foodies as mediocre at best for most of the restaurants, this was far from mediocre. There were 6 in our party. We started with cocktails at the bar. The jalepeno mojito was, quite frankly, the hottest drink I've ever had. They muddle the seeds in and it creates unparalleled heat. Phenomenal! Later on... More

Not only very expensive, but has nothing to do with cuban food. The only cuban thing here was the waitress who by the way was totally clueless about the food and everything, I think she was in training, people that was with me and was having this type of food for the time, said that it was horrible and expensive.

Food was delicious and live band on a Friday was unexpected but pleasant. Nice time until a fight almost broke out at the bar. Thanks to another bar customer, it was difussed and they continued drinking. Two different types of clientelle - the dinner patrons and the wild bunch bar crawlers who drink excessively and cannot control themselves. Hard to... More

This restaurant like many locals, falls into the category of average. The wait staff were some of the same that previously worked at Fratelli at this location and they were competent, the room is attractively done, but the food was a let down. A news review said the Cuban sandwiches were great, except on our first trip the pork wasn't... More

The Sangria was watery, the peril was not roasted like Cubans make it, it tasted like the meat was boiled rather than roasted. The beans were light out of a Goya can without any flavor. The minute I saw them I knew they weren't good. There was not the Cuban flavor anywhere. A shame because Cuban food is very good.... More

Warm and friendly atmosphere from the minute you enter. This is home cooking -- with a Cuban flair. Excellent drinks, excellent food that is different from anything else in town. We experienced a bit of a wait at the end of our meal because of the summer crowd. Not a big deal, it's something we live with during our summers... More

We have been wanting to try this restaurant since it opened. A nice addition to the food here in Long Beach. It doesn't compare to my mother-in-law's cooking but it's a lot closer. The food was good. We has a grilled chicken which was prepared with lemon? It was a little dry. It tasted good though and the rice and... More

There are far too few great restaurants in Long Beach. This is a nice addition. The food was very good, very tasty and the decor was nice.
