Best dining around. Ship Lantern baked clams are hands down the best I have ever had. Have never had anything but a delicious meal here. Service is amazing. Fine dining at it's best.

My husband and I chose this place based on reviews and a word from our B&B hosts. We were not disappointed. We chose the Twilight Dinner Special given from 4-6 on certain nights as we had not had lunch and were hungry. The decor is...More

We have eaten at this old world restaurant twice. Same waiter both times - he has been there 59 years - fabulous gentleman. The service is superb - the food is wonderful. It is so nice to know that places like this still exist.

We had our son's rehearsal dinner here and they did an outstanding job. Mike was wonderful to work with. I can't say enough great things about the staff, food and environment. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

After many years of driving by this place and saying we should go there, we finally did and we were stupid for not going sooner. What a great place. The atmosphere had an old school feel and the food was great. We had a bunch...More

Guests and newspapers have said it all but I need to say it too.Magnificent. Impeccable service from a tuxedo clad wait staff, demanding owner on the prowl, historic ambiance and...phenomenal food. No wonder there are reviews from people who have been going here 50 years. Seated...More

Horrible fruit flies all over the bread. Was told nothing could be done about it. Should close and be exterminated. Over priced. Do not order the lobster tails. Never again !

No, a jacket is not required either. But dress nice and a shirt with a collar will do.
