If you love brats, you will enjoy your experience. They converted a garage into a restaurant. Very casual restaurant with hipsters present. While we were lunching a bachelorette party stopped for a private with wine tasting. With my brat I had homemade Root beer that was poured in a frosted mug. We had chili that tasted good even though consistency... More

Brat & sauerkraut was good. Didn't care for the beer (we got a flight). Atmosphere was okay...very friendly staff. The band (Lonely Boys) were very good. This might be a better place in summer.

This is such a great place tucked away in the Bristol Hills. I was a fan of Arbor Hill previously, and this is a great addition. The bratwurst are fantastic, the sauerkraut was super tasty (coming from someone who doesn't typically like sauerkraut), and they had a nice selection of beer and wine. People were friendly. Love the look of... More

Was really looking forward to getting back on WiFi to write this review. We were staying on the lake nearby and found this place on TA when looking for a brewery. Once I found they were a brewery and winery and sold german did and had live music. JACKPOT. We had some trouble with traffic but after a 12 hour... More

We went there with several friends for dinner and the brats were awesome!! Loved each flavor we got! Would highly recommend trying the platter that allows you to pick several to try . They even have music on the weekends and some great beers and local wines.

We had a great family lunch here. The food was excellent! They have a very nice location with lots of outdoor seating, which was great for our group of 10 as 4 of those 10 are under age 7. The staff was very helpful and the service was relatively quick. The menu is fairly simple, as their name states, with... More

Great food with a great variety of food and drink. I had a glass of their Vergennes which worked great with the apricot/cranberry brat. Wonderful lunch and I ended up taking home a bottle of the wine home with me. If we hadn't had evening plans during our stay in the area I would have been tempted to stop by... More

A hot and stormy summer day called for a nice craft beer and a good lunch at an unusual venue. This place nailed it! Not fancy, not expensive and definitely not fancy. Just what we were looking for. The dining area looks out on a grand painting of the Finger Lakes scene that covers the side of the building next... More

Great food with variety on menu and many homemade items such as root beer and pies too. Very friendly and helpful staff; great lunch stop when doing wine trail on canandaigua lake! Offered lots of shade in a hot day

Arbor Hill of Naples, NY (Bristol Springs), is launching a new business called Brew & Brats. As the name implies, they will be offering crafted beers and specialty sausages (Brats – for Bratwurst).Arbor Hill has long produced wines and gourmet foods having distinct flavors signifying the heritage of the region. They now make 21 different wines and 47 gourmet food products. This new venture builds upon the historical significance of hops, an integral ingredient of beer. The Towns of Bristol and South Bristol were noted for their hop production – most of which supplied the McKechnie Brewery of Canandaigua in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s.The featured sausage is made with Arbor Hill Sherried Wine BBQ Sauce, which has been a staple at Arbor Hill almost since the winery opened in 1987 – due to the original formulation developed by Neapolitans Darryl Braun and Doug Preston.Arbor Hill has also partnered with Hartmann’s Sausage of Canandaigua to bring other exciting flavors and styles of sausage with taste and quality second to none. The new venue, the historic carriage barn behind the retail store, gives them the grilling capability and ample space for people to enjoy a great brat and beverages.Arbor Hill Winemaster, John Brahm, sums it up this way -- “There aren’t too many places in this world where the region’s natural attributes, the available expertise and the passion of accomplishment come together. We are fortunate to live in such a region.”
