Drove to Naples to eat at Roots not realizing they don't open until 5 pm. My husband and I shared a piece of blueberry pie a la mode on a picnic bench outside this restaurant and then took a walk in the park/cemetery behind the restaurant. Restaurant itself had a retro 60's vibe (like my uncle's paneled basement where we... More

Taking in the sites on a day trip from Rochester and decided to stop for lunch. Nice park setting next to restaurant and plenty of parking. Overall a nice facility for a quick stop. Waitress was fast but not too warm. Food options were well defined and delivered quickly as ordered. Ordered a white and red hot with fries with... More

Waitresses were very nice. Food was o.k. I liked the old diner feel and all the glass windows. I was told to use the outside bathrooms on the side of the building. There was no outside lock and the stalls themselves had no locks, so I felt very unsafe.

We stopped by Bob and Ruth's for a light lunch. I ordered a corned beef sandwich with macaroni salad and my husband ordered the open corned beef reuben sandwich with fries. Much to our surprise the sandwiches were not only extra large they were delicious. The macaroni salad was definitely home made. The service was exceptional. We had a very... More

Didn't try the restaurant, but wandered up to the window and ordered a cone of frozen custard. It was rich and creamy - some of the best I've had. If you're passing through Naples, don't miss it.

Stopped for ice cream here, good quick service, wonderful grove of trees to sit at with picnic tables. I got a root beer float which was just great. I wanted to explore the little cemetery at the back of the lot. Cute place.

We just wanted to stop for ice cream in the middle of our journey home. We passed Lynne Lou's, big mistake, and settled on Bob&Ruth's, big mistake. We went to outside window. We both got hot fudge sundaes, one with hard chocolate, one with mint chip. Those are 2 of their 5 flavors. .yes just 5 all very basic. $6.50... More

We enjoy the drive to Naples for breakfast at Bob & Ruth's - nothing special but the food is good at reasonable prices - the service is good too.

This was the worst experience! We sat for an hour and a half. Watching at least 5 other parties get waited on, served, and out the door! We asked the owner several times to please just check the status of our order. Not to mention, we couldn't get a refill on our waters....We finally decided to leave. Upon our exit,... More
