We love this Restaurant because the food is authentic and delicious! The wait staff are fast, professional and knowledgeable! And the prices are reasonable for great quality ingredients. Nice comfortable place for couples or families to enjoy a meal out.

Very happy with our choice for lunch with friends in beautiful Newburgh NY. Soups , baked clams and calamari appetizers were outstanding. Shrimp parmigiana sandwiches were very good. Menu was very nice and service was also very good. Will definitely go back and highly recommend...to others.More

The food is great. Anything you choose is tasteful and you'll definitely want a doggie bag. Older wait staff is better than the younger staff. Sorry. The truth. You won't be disappointed. Pizza is to die for.

Always enjoy villa Italia, prices on pies are getting a bit steep, but the specialty pies are really wonderful and well worth the cost. The Italian Flag, and barbecue chicken pies were out of this world, had a great dinner like I have had for...many years there.More

The atmosphere on a Monday at lunch was very quiet. We were on our way to Patterson and needed some lunch. The place seemed very clean. There were 4 of us and we decided to try the large loaded pizza. It was very good! It...was more than we could eat! The waiter might have also been the owner and he was very nice and helpful.More

Over priced for the amount/quality of food recieved. Chicken Franchaise was $17.95 for 2 thin slices of chicken with some veggies & small salad. Chicken Parm also rediculously thin and chicken was hard. Will never recommend nor give second chance.

I wish restaurants would learn how to fry calamari. I think they're more concerned about browning the breading than overcooking the squid. Ours were the usual - tough as rubber bands. And the antipasto was mostly salad and not much meat. My tortellini en brodo...was good but could have been hotter. The lasagna was served on a plate - not baked in a ceramic boat, so it wasn't as cheesy as it could be. Our server was great, though - on top of everything. Overall? I live in a town of 1700 people in western North Carolina. The owner of our little Italian restaurant was raised on NY Italian food - her cooking is like Nonna's. This was okay, but not what I expected from a NY Italian restaurant.More

Excellent choice for pizza for last minute dinner with family of four. Pizza was really good. Service was also very good. Prices were reasonable and would definitely go back and recommend to others.

Excellent restaurant. I order from here on a regular basis and can say from experience that their takeout dishes are always on point. Their fried calamari is fantastic and affordable. Villa also has excellent pizza and wings. For a nice treat add a cannoli to...your dinner order!More

Fast, friendly service. Perfect lunch stop between Wallkill and Patterson Bethel visits. They got our group of 56 in, well-fed, and out in under an hour! Excellent pizza!

Eat here regularly and they are consistently on point. Their meatball park and calzones are my favorites and I love their fried calamari. This place is the real deal.

We have been going here since they opened back in the 1990's AND had our daughter's after wedding rehearsal dinner here. EVERY week we order pizza and are never disappointed.
