Ate here while on holiday. Lovely set menu - pickled herring, coq au vin & tarte aux pommes. Excellent value and the wine is very reasonably priced.

We had a recommendation from our land lady. She said the food was excellent and all fresh and local. The wine served was their wine from their vineyards. It was not super expensive for what you got. this was all true and more. We ate in the yard of the wine makers. The building had been a convent before a... More

We have been coming here now over several years when we visit Capestang in the summer. We are always made to feel welcome by the owner and staff. The cuisine is simple but authentic and tasty; and the wines from the local vneyard are great value. We love the place. Highly recommended.

Yes, it is a little hidden away but well worth a visit- especially in the summer on a lovely warm sunny evening. We sat outside in the courtyard and we were well served and well taken care of. We had the cassoulet and the Coq au Vin. Both were good. Not the best of our trip but certainly very tasty... More

Lovely surroundings tucked away the ambience of this place is perfect. The wine bottled on site is great value and a real asset. The food was served promptly and was OK. The waitress was efficient but not very smiley. We had to ask for water and the coffee at the end of the meal wasnt nice. However despite that would... More

Tucked away from the main square behind high walls this restaurant is delightful. Frequented by many locals. The menu was simple- but delicious. The gazpacho either cold meat platter was a delight. The cassoulet was the first I have had in the region and was delicious. The service was attentive and the setting a pleasure in the courtyard of the... More

We were taken here by family with whom we were staying. It is a truly quirky, different place that serves excellent rustic French food and superb wine as well. The service and ambience could not be faulted. Another "must visit again" place if in the area again.

Eating in an old winery with concrete wine tanks and heavy metal doors marked with the varietals was an experience I have never had. The wine that is made by the family is delicious and really affordable. If you would want to, you can even take some home with you when you leave. The food was authentic local fare, served... More

La table is a delightful outdoor restaurant, adjacent to their winery - with huge wine vats, and the indoor restaurant and tables. The courtyard with the main restaurant is charming and full of French rustique atmosphere. The food has improved leaps and bounds from 2 years ago when we were really disappointed. This time our food was great. I had... More
