We at here twice while on holiday, it is really quite expensive but the food and the service was excellent, the squid starter was the best I've ever had, be careful when you order the baked fish as they charge by the kg, if you want a restaurant for a special occasion then this is the best we found in... The place and the location are beautiful , even the staff is very kind . Beside this is a tourist trap. 45 euros for an average Greek rosé wine . 150 euros for a dorada fish ( for two persons ). In summary : two appetizers and the fish for 2 plus the wine 230 euros ! No way ,... More

Very nice food, attentive service and nice calm atmosphere! In case you wish to enjoy a calm meal nobody will rush you there! They have a well updated wine list with fine choices from all over Greece! I had the crab risotto witch couldn't be more tasty, one of my friends had the ribeye witch was perfectly cooked, as an... The service was everything that you could have desired. Before we could make a request our waiter was there with exactly what we were thinking. The sea bream baked in salt and flour was suggested and it was exactly what we wanted. The fish was flaky and cooked precisely. We started with the santorini salad, which was great to split.

I'd seen this place reviewed before we came to Santorini. The location is stunning, but not quite brilliant. It is at the top of the Caldera, but unfortunately you don't get a sunset view. The view appears to be a disused quarry or scrap land. The restaurant is nicely decorated and fortunately we were completely open air. We were introduced... More

Graciously prepared, fresh fish. Bright and light side vegetables. Traditional decor with a nice view. Staff very cordial and accommodating.

From the moment we arrived to the time we left, as non local patrons we were treated poorly. Tourists be warned. The food may be good but you want to be treated with respect. You will not find respect here.

The most unwelcoming and deliberately negligent restaurant in Santorini. Their treatment of our party was disdainful from beginning to end. Rude service sums it up. A clear contrast to other places we visited. Enter at your peril.

1500 BC is located in a good location in Fira town of Santorini. I have visited the restaurant for second time in 3 years. The food quality remains high and the menu good enough to satisfy most of the guests. The staff is very friendly and ready to full fil your expectations. Even if you find a plate that you... More

We were here to have our dinner. The foods were fresh and delicious. Big portion too. We ordered the salad, calamari, and prawn for starter and lobster linguine and barbeque Alaskan crab legs for mains. No wine. A bit too expensive at Euro 300. However, the service was good and nice ambience. They even threw in free melon soup.
